When you meditate, your being will observe reality as it really is, without judgement and without wanting to change anything; and when we observe and accept reality, the present, the now, we don\u2019t react automatically, rather, our acts arise from a balanced mind that sees and understands the truth.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nFor example, while taking a shower you are planning your day, you are not present, but if you observe the sensation of the water on your body, the temperature of the water, the sound it makes you are totaly present and therefore without thought&#8230; therefore, you are meditating.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThere are many meditation techniques, but all of them have the same end result: <strong>meditating is a state of being, <\/strong> which you can achieve while being seated, dancing, chanting during mantras,  or concentrating on something specific.<strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nMeditation is being conscious of the present moment, without judgement, accepting things as they are, without trying to control it. <\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nWhen we un-automate our activities, they can become a Meditation.
