- Rest… give your body mind and spirit the time it needs to rest. Our “FASTING FOR REBIRTH” programme is a real gift for your body and a healthy bonus for your life.
- We offer three different types of programmes: Water Fasting with herbal teas; Lützner or Buchinger fasting method, with a minimum of vitamins and minerals; and lastly Mono-diets, eating one specific food.
- Disconnect to Reconnect. Experience a deeply regenerating experience that will help you return to your more balanced self, be more fit and more energetic in your day to day life.
- You will practice yoga, meditation and breathing. Included is one massage, one Reiki session and one Bach Flowers therapy, specifically designed for you. Discover the IBIZA´s nature, hike, swim and sun bathe at some of the best beaches in the world.

Accommodation
The Villa is located on top of a mountain in the San Agustín area of Ibiza. An impressive 360° view affords stunning panoramas of dawn, dusk, ocean, forests, and mountains. Very close to some of the best beaches on the island, such as Cala Bassa and Cala Conta.
The house has three ensuite double bedroom with separate entrances. The house has a large living room with a fire place and kitchen all surrounded with panoramic sea and mountain views. There is a pool and several relaxation areas around the house. The wonderful wooden yoga room is perched on a terrace in the middle of pine trees with beautiful valley views. A magical place to connect with yourself and nature.
Daily programme
Carefully designed to promote wellness and debug your body-mind. Respect at all times the evolution of your energy in this process, you can choose between walks, attending yoga and meditation class or just relax.
The activities are optional and the hours are flexible depending on your own energy and the group.
