Natural Therapy Meditation

Would you like to take control of your mind?

Meditation activities

Did you realize that we maintein a constant conversation with ourselves, a loop of thinking that many times is not constructive, maybe even negative?

Your mind is somewhere else, in the past or in the future, remembering or imagining, blocking our experience of the Present, the only place to Be.

Of the 60-70,000 thoughts that we have each day most are repetitive, and with little creativity. The mind flys from one place to another without control, pulling our attention away from the present moment.

We can control the mind by focusing our attention. The simple act of training and disciplining the mind, learning to keep the attention centered and focused brings many benefits. If you want control your mind, just meditate.

Meditation, considered “spiritual” has the capacity to physically transform the brain and improve health and wellbeing (may be transform society).

Just Be Meditation

Meditation is simply being present in mind and body.

Meditating connects you with your life force. When you meditate, your being will observe reality as it really is, without judgement and without wanting to change anything; and when we observe and accept reality, the present, the now, we don’t react automatically, rather, our acts arise from a balanced mind that sees and understands the truth.

For example, while taking a shower you are planning your day, you are not present, but if you observe the sensation of the water on your body, the temperature of the water, the sound it makes you are totaly present and therefore without thought… therefore, you are meditating.

There are many meditation techniques, but all of them have the same end result: meditating is a state of being, which you can achieve while being seated, dancing, chanting during mantras, or concentrating on something specific.

Meditation is being conscious of the present moment, without judgement, accepting things as they are, without trying to control it.

When we un-automate our activities, they can become a Meditation. You start to focus your mind and to observe yourself and get into your soul.

Meditating is not an action, it is a state of being.

“A meditation programme lasting 8 weeks emparts considerable changes in brain activity related to memory, self-awareness, empathy, and stress. The practice of continued meditation increases the cerebral cortex in areas associated with attention and emotional integration; an increase of gray matter in the hippocampus, the area of the brain that affects learning and memory, and a reduction of gray matter in the amygdala, helping to reduce stress”.
