I love Yoga
“I started to practice yoga 20 years ago. From that day I was hooked. I entered the yoga center in Paris and there was Krishna, sitting alone, meditating, emanating an incredible halo of light and peace, that lit up the room.
During that class, while breathing, all the anguish and angst of my life started to lift from me and the empty feelings I had began to fade. When the class ended I did not want to leave. I wanted to know and learn more about yoga. Krisna then became my yoga instructor for the next three years.
Yoga has made me who I am today. It gives me peace, connects me to my core, and makes me look and feel better. I have become happier and a more loving being. At the end of a good yoga session my body glows with new found energy and love of life.
So, in practicing yoga with little effort or forethought, I started to change my diet and become aware and conciouse of my surroundings. I feel younger and more flexible.

Yoga is a system in personal evolution and one of the world’s oldest practices. It is a deep understanding of the essential nature of man and the need to live in harmony with himself and his environment.
The pace of modern life makes us forget the importance of relaxation. Modern society which can stress us out has negated the art of relaxation and yoga holds the key to good health, vitality and peace of mind.
The state of mind is closely linked to the state of the body. If the muscles are relaxed, the mind tends to relax. If the mind is in turmoil, the body will act in kind. If you exercise the body, it also calms the mind..
After a few asanas you can feel the energy flowing thourhg your body and your brain is stimulated. It’s amazing, how powerful yoga is.
The important thing is the Practice of yoga, your practice. As master yoga Pattabhi Jois would say: “Do your practice and all is coming”.

Proper exercise, the practice of asanas, acts on all parts of the body, stretching and toning muscles and ligaments, maintaining a supple spine and joints, improving circulation.
- PROPER BREATHING.
Proper breathing, pranayama exercises, can recharge the body and control your mental state.
- PROPER DIET.
A proper diet, consisting of nutrious and organic foods which helps to nourish your body, your emotional well being and makes you resistant to sickness and disease.
- POSITIVE THINKING AND MEDITATION.
Positive thinking and meditation help to quiet the mind and is the base to emanate and share peace, happiness and love with others.
